Every part must be checked to ensure there are no faults and no strange noises. Before charging, make sure the battery power switch is in the OFF position. During charging, it is normal for the charger and battery to be warm. It is recommended to charge once every 3 months if not in use, to ensure the battery life is not affected by infrequent use.

-For new batteries or those unused for a long period, about 5 charge-discharge cycles will be needed before reaching maximum capacity. Do not recharge a fully charged battery, as this will reduce the battery's lifespan and efficiency. Do not place the battery near heat sources or in high temperatures, otherwise, the battery may explode. Do not charge the battery in humid environments.

 The shears or chainsaw (electric/battery-powered) must be disconnected from the battery during charging. The red LED indicates charging. The red LED turns off and the green LED turns on when charging is complete.

Cutting blade installation: Use only sharp blades to achieve high cutting performance and to protect the device and battery. Always keep the cutting blades clean.

After each use of the shears/chainsaw, you must: clean the cutting blade (with a cloth); lubricate the cutting blade with oil. Dull, bent, or damaged blades must be replaced. You can smooth out fine nicks on the blades yourself. To do this, sharpen the blades with a grinding stone. For good cutting performance, it is necessary to use a well-sharpened blade.

• Workshop/garden safety: All power tools, including hedge trimmers and chainsaws, must be disconnected from the power source when not in use.
• Maintenance and repairs: Before checking the blades or chain, or cleaning the chainsaw, ensure it is turned off and disconnected, especially if it is electric, to prevent accidental starting.
• Storage: If the chainsaw or shears are battery-operated, it is recommended to remove the battery during long periods of storage.
